Delete your FREQ account

FREQ only keeps anything on our servers if you joined online play (Join the network). That creates a guest online profile. Here is how to delete it.

In the app

In the app: Network → Friends → Delete online profile. This permanently removes your profile, friend code, friends, gifts, ranked catches, station holds and Freq's from our servers. Your collection on your phone stays on your phone.

It also removes your place suggestions, reports you made or received, disruption battle records, season totals and remote link, and signs the device out. It happens straight away and can't be undone.

No longer have the app?

No longer have the app? Email support@syphondigital.online with your friend code (or your player name and city) and we'll delete your online profile within 30 days.

We'll reply to confirm once it's done. We won't ask for a password, an ID document or payment.

What is kept

• Nothing from your profile stays in the FREQ database once it is deleted.
• Our hosting provider, Supabase, keeps routine server logs (such as IP addresses and request times) for security for a limited period, after which they are removed.
• Your on-device collection and progress stay on your phone until you clear the app's storage or uninstall FREQ. If you have Android device backup turned on, your phone's own backup in your Google account may hold a copy; that is managed in your phone's settings.
